You paste your OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or local model key once. Documinta uses it for chat, summarization and extraction — we never resell tokens, and you can rotate or revoke a key from your workspace at any time.
Do you train on my documents?
Never. Your files are encrypted at rest, isolated per workspace, and are only sent to the LLM provider you choose, for the request you initiated. Nothing is used to train anyone else's model.
How private is it?
Private by default. Every document has a SHA-256 fingerprint, every action is logged for you to audit, and you can delete a file — plus its embeddings and derived summaries — with one click.
Can I really do OCR in 100+ languages?
Yes. Printed text, handwriting, scans and screenshots — including right-to-left scripts, CJK, Devanagari and mixed-language pages. You can layer AI translation on top with a single click.
